Jake is the leader for Guy Carpenter's North America public sector operations. He was formerly an an underwriter with Chubb. In 1992 he joined Guy Carpenter and over the ensuing years has represented regional, national and global insurers across the reinsurance marketplace. In this capacity, he works closely with colleagues and clients across ÈÕ±¾ÎÞÂë.
Ruth Lux
Head of Public Sector, EMEA, Guy Carpenter
Ruth leads the Europe, Middle East and Africa Public Sector practice at Guy Carpenter. Her work supports governments and public sector entities in developing risk transfer solutions to mitigate against the impacts of emerging global and national risks and in building resilience. Previous to joining Guy Carpenter she headed up political and terrorism risk analytics at JLT Specialty.
Chris Sykes
Public Sector, Guy Carpenter
Managing Director Chris Sykes has more than 25 years of experience in reinsurance underwriting, catastrophe reinsurance syndication, and client services. He joined Guy Carpenter in 2008, where he focuses on catastrophe risk management. He spent 10 years with Swiss Re and five years as a Chief Underwriter for North America at Reinsurance Australia Corporation.

Kevin Bryant is Managing Director, US Public Entity Practice Leader at Marsh. He is responsible for the operational, colleague, client and market excellence for the Marsh US Public Entity Practice.
Raymond Hutnik
Practice Leader, FACS Marsh Advisory
Ray is the global practice leader of Marsh Advisory's Financial Risk Consulting Solutions. He provides expertise in the quantification and measurement of property claims and business interruption losses, construction delays, review of economic claims from third parties, and employee theft and fraud losses that can help clients achieve recovery and/or minimize losses resulting from catastrophes.
Reid Sawyer
U.S. Cyber Risk Consulting Leader, Marsh
Reid leads the strategy and delivery of Marsh’s cybersecurity consulting services. Prior to Marsh, he led JLT’s Emerging Risks Group. Reid spent more than 20 years with the US Army, where he acted as a senior advisor on emerging risk trends, served in Special Operations forces, and founded the US Army’s premier strategy group on counterterrorism. He was also a senior faculty member at West Point.
Daniel Kaniewski
Public Sector, ÈÕ±¾ÎÞÂë
Dan is Managing Director, Public Sector, ÈÕ±¾ÎÞÂë. In this role he leads enterprise-wide initiatives that deliver solutions for public sector challenges. Prior, Dan was Deputy Administrator for Resilience at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Before FEMA he led the Global Resilience practice at AIR Worldwide, a catastrophe risk modeling firm.
Julian Enoizi
CEO of Europe, Guy Carpenter
Julian is the Global Head of the Public Sector Practice at Guy Carpenter, the world-leading reinsurance broker part of ÈÕ±¾ÎÞÂë. He was previously CEO of Pool Re, the UK Government-backed terrorism reinsurance mutual, for almost a decade. Julian has extensive experience of working on international and governmental advisory boards.
Bev Adams
Climate Practice Leader, Marsh Advisory
As Consulting Director and Practice Leader at Marsh Advisory, Dr. Bev is responsible for ESG and Sustainability consulting, Climate & Catastrophe Risk and Resilience solutions, and Remote Sensing Services for MMC clients globally across all business sectors, captives/insurers and governments. Before joining Marsh in Bev worked for the World Bank.
Guillermo Franco
Managing Director, Guy Carpenter
Guillermo leads Guy Carpenter’s parametric advisory offerings and supports GC Securities in the design and analysis of parametric cat bonds. He also coordinates research initiatives in the fields of catastrophe risk, parametric risk transfer and nature.
