Dr. Avantika Tomar is aÌýPrincipal inÌýMercer’sÌýGlobal Business Solutions, based in London. Prior to her current role as Global Lead for WFF, she has been a senior consultant withinÌýMercer’s Organisational ConsultingÌýpractice,Ìýbased inÌýSydney.ÌýRecently, she has also been workingÌýÌýinÌýSaudi ArabiaÌýto support Vision 2030Ìýrelated Mercer projects.
Prior to Mercer, Avantika has held senior strategy roles inÌýtwo of Australia’s largest corporates –ÌýWestpac (FS)ÌýandÌýWoolworths (Retail).
She started her career as a strategy consultantÌýwithÌýtheÌýBoston Consulting Group,ÌýwhereÌýshe advised clients acrossÌývarious sectors.ÌýShe has also been aÌýpart-timeÌýLecturer at the prestigiousÌýUNSW in Sydney.
